The hotel is great and terrific in general. The venue rooms are elegant and spotless with a large window, a great view of the Koenigsallee plus fabulous features. Marvellous location close to Duesseldorf and famous shopping area, rooms and beds, it's central. This is a hotel go-to for Dusseldorf!

The double room is new-fashioned and decent sized.

Whole place was fairly clean with pleasant views; great and lovely location to the old town city center. I really enjoyed the staff, they were outstandingly accommodating and affable people.

Great location and comfy rooms. Breakfast options were a letdown for gluten-free diets.

Had to change rooms due to a technical defect. Misinformation from the concierge, therefore the spa area could not be used.

Very good location on the "Koe". Professionally working, very friendly staff. Breakfast buffet left no wishes unfulfilled. Super good! A complaint made on the first day was processed immediately and to our complete satisfaction, the defect was corrected!

The Superior King Room showcased a fantastic view, blending romantic and luxurious design. Breakfast was delicious, particularly the Hungarian beef stew, a highlight. The reception area felt more business-oriented, and my check-in experience was marred by staff inefficiency and a lack of attentiveness, with no doormen present to assist with luggage.

Hotel was excellent in terms of cleanliness of the building and service and hospitality by the staff of the reception. In terms of location, it is in the city center where easily accessible walk for shopping centers and restaurants in the old town. There are close to it local train stations can be used to access any place.

My wife hates the bathroom lighting, she always had too find another location to apply her makup, and the dark wood decor in the rooms is- depressing other than this -an interesting set-up

The staff was super friendly, and the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions. The superior king room was modern, clean, and comfy. I particularly appreciated the quick check-in and check-out process, made everything hassle-free.

Parking was a challenge due to limited spaces.
